With the mantra of “Friends & Beer”, Legion Brewing is the manifestation of our co-founder, Phil Buchy’s vision of building a brand that embodies “campfire hospitality” – where friends and neighbors gather to share stories, drink great beer and make memories. He has made his dream a reality, while empowering a team of crafty, curious, and hard-working people to follow theirs. With an innovative brewing department creating go-to classics, and a well-renowned chef pushing the boundaries of ‘brewery food’, there is always something new and awesome to try. We believe Legion is a catalyst for connection within our communities, and sometimes you just need to light the fire and invite everyone over.

Our mission is to bring people together over great beer. Crafted for all to enjoy, our brews foster connection and offer something fresh, all while supporting local producers and communities.

Each Legion taproom boasts a menu rich with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, curated by Executive Chef Gene Briggs, who fosters strong relationships with local purveyors and mentors our chefs to ensure top-notch quality and service. With menus that change seasonally and vary by location, there’s always something new to discover. We believe in craftsmanship and that the details matter, which is why even our cooking equipment is carefully chosen to enhance flavor.
