This January and into early February, we’re leaning into wellness, balance, and community with intentional activations across our taprooms. From Mocktail Month at SouthPark to a Wellness Sunday at Trolley Barn, we’re making Dry January in Charlotte social, welcoming, and worth showing up for.

Mocktail Month at SouthPark: Dry January, But Make It Social

Dry January can be challenging — especially in a city that loves its food, drinks, and social energy. That’s why our SouthPark taproom is hosting Mocktail Month all January long.

We’ve created a special zero-proof cocktail menu designed for anyone participating in Dry January, cutting back, or simply curious about non-alcoholic options. Expect thoughtfully crafted mocktails that feel celebratory, not like an afterthought.

At Legion, Campfire Hospitality is at the heart of what we do. That means creating spaces where everyone feels welcome at the table — glass in hand, no matter what’s inside it. Mocktail Month is about keeping the ritual of going out, connecting with friends, and enjoying the moment, while honoring personal wellness goals.

Wellness Sunday at Trolley Barn: Move, Sip & Reset

Wellness doesn’t stop at what’s in your glass. On February 1st, we’re taking things a step further with Wellness Sunday at Trolley Barn — a morning designed to move, reset, and recharge.

We’ll kick things off with an energizing workout class led by Adyana de la Torre, set to upbeat tunes by DJ Tribblez to keep the vibes fun and motivating. After class, guests are invited to stick around and unwind with:

  • Non-alcoholic cocktails
  • Free workout class
  • A health-centered brunch menu curated to refuel post-workout

We’ll also have a lineup of local wellness vendors on-site, offering services, samples, and opportunities to support Charlotte-based wellness brands.
