Owner and CEO

Phil is a Virginia native and earned his civil engineering degree from Virginia Tech. He worked as a project manager in Charlotte, managing the construction for such projects as the Bechtler Museum of Modern Art and UNCC's football stadium. His engineering and management expertise is seen in each of Legion's unique locations.
