Taproom Support
There are 4 main categories for our taproom support team, thus includes the following:
Expeditor: The food expeditor acts as a liaison between the kitchen staff and the servers, which ensures a steady workflow throughout the various departments of a restaurant. An expeditor is also responsible for facilitating kitchen orders, maintaining quality control, and monitoring food safety.
Food runner: Making sure that food is accurate and hits the table in a timely manner while maintaining our high level of customer service. Being a brand ambassador while at our tables and around our guests is of the upmost importance. Attending to any guest needs while available is very important to maintaining guest service standards as well.
Bar Back: Your role would be to ensure that the bartender has everything they need during service to keep everything running smoothly: clean glasses, enough garnishes, liquor, beer and spirits, ice and a clean work space. Attending to guests that are in need of assistance is the expectation for our high level of guest service.
Busser: A busser serves patrons by setting tables; keeping beverage glasses full; adhering to sanitation and safety policies; clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and environment.
This is a great stepping stone to getting in with an amazing brand and building off to a career or a great additional source of income.
Bartender
Our bartenders supervise drink perfection, educate our guests on craft beer, and assist in the creation of new cocktails. The ideal candidate loves people, working with their team, and craft beer. This person is organized and detail oriented, responsible, and hard working.
Host
Our hosts supervise the environment of Legion and assist in the organization of a fast-paced taproom. The ideal candidate loves people, working with their team, and a busy workplace. This person is organized and detail oriented, responsible, and hard working.
To be successful, this person must also thrive in a dynamic work environment where everyone pitches in. This position is perfect for someone looking to join an ever-growing company with endless opportunities.
Server
Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.
